En este día afirmamos nuestra pertenencia a nuestra patria y a nuestro pueblo (..) Convocamos a todas las comunidades árabes y palestinas en todo el planeta a recordar este día y apoyar el llamamiento de los jóvenes palestinos para poner fin a la division interna, para retractarse de todo pacto suscrito en el Acuerdo de Oslo, a hacer renacer de inmediato y reestructurar la Organización para la Liberación de Palestina, de modo que represente las verdaderas necesidades y aspiraciones del pueblo, y a la convocatoria de elecciones al Consejo Nacional Palestino.

En el trigésimo quinto aniversario del Día de la Tierra Palestina, los jóvenes palestinos en todo el mundo afirmamos nuestra pertenencia a nuestra patria en la seguridad de que la perseverancia y la resistencia conduce a la liberación de la conciencia, del cuerpo y de la tierra palestina desde el río hasta el marT.
El 30 de marzo de 1976 palestinos de toda la Palestina histórica desde Galilea al desierto del Neguev organizaron un fuerte esfuerzo de movilización –huelgas generales- en oposición a la continua confiscación de tierras por los asentamientos coloniales israelíes, al desplazamiento de los habitantes indígenas, la torturas contínuas, el militarismo y el encarcelamiento colectivo de nuestro pueblo. Palestinos, jóvenes y viejos, mujeres y hombres, profesionales, estudiantes y organizaciones de base y movimientos sociales se enfrentaron contra el plan ilegal del gobierno israelí de expropiar miles de “dunums” de tierra además de los que habían sido ilegalmente anexionados (a partir de 1948). Israel disparó contra los manifestantes, asesinó a seis jóvenes palestinos e hirió a otros cientos para castigar y restituir el orden entre la minoría palestina dentro del territorio confiscado. La respuesta israelí fue un reflejo de su proceder frente a una oposición no violenta, y testimonios de los y las protagonistas palestinos continúan desvelando su caracter ilegal, violento y de caracter colonial.
En este día afirmamos nuestra pertenencia a nuestra patria y a nuestro pueblo y le recordamos al mundo que la injusticia nunca es olvidada, por el contrario abastece del combustible que impulsa nuestro compromiso con nuestro movimiento. Convocamos a todas las comunidades árabes y palestinas en todo el planeta a recordar este día y apoyar el llamamiento de los jóvenes palestinos para poner fin a la division interna, para retractarse de todo pacto suscrito en el Acuerdo de Oslo, a hacer renacer de inmediato y reestructurar la Organización para la Liberación de Palestina, de modo que represente las verdaderas necesidades y aspiraciones del pueblo, y a la convocatoria de elecciones al Consejo Nacional Palestino de forma inmediata que incluya en este proceso a todo el pueblo palestino en el interior y en la diáspora.
Todas estas demandas no son nuestros objetivos finales sino que representan los primeros pasos para reforzar el movimiento popular palestino contra la ocupación, el apartheid y la colonización sionista de nuestro país.

On the 35th anniversary of the Palestinian Land Day, we young Palestinians of the World assert our belonging to our homeland and our belief in Palestinian perseverance and resistance until liberation of mind, body, and the Palestinian terrain from the river to the sea.
On March 30th, 1976 Palestinians in all of historic Palestine from the Galilee to the Negev organized a grassroots mobilization effort -general strikes- in opposition of the continued settler-colony-Israeli confiscation of land, displacement of Palestine’s indigenous inhabitants, and continuous torment, militarism and imprisonment of our people as a collective. Palestinians, young and old, women and men, professionals, students and unions organized base and social movement building to confront the illegal Israeli government’s plan of expropriating thousands more dunums than what had already been illegally annexed. Israel shot and killed six young demonstrators and injured hundreds more to reinstitute collective fear and punishment among their Palestinian minority. The Israeli response is reflective of their standard protocol to non-violent opposition and Palestinian testimonies continue to reveal their illegal, violent, settler colonial character.

On this day we affirm our belonging to our homeland and to our people and we remind the world that injustice is never forgotten, but rather fuels our commitment to our movement. We call on all Palestinian and Arab communities worldwide to take to action to remember this day and to support the Palestinian youth calls for end to internal division, retraction of all Oslo Accord agreements, an immediate revival and restructuring of the PLO so that it may represent the true needs and aspirations of the people, and an immediate Palestinian National Council elections that includes all Palestinians worldwide in the electoral process.
All of these demands are not our end goals but rather first steps to strengthen the Palestinian popular movement against occupation, apartheid and the Zionist colonization of our homeland.

في الذكرى السنوية الخامسة والثلاثين ليوم الأرض، نؤكد نحن الشباب الفلسطيني في كل مكان من هذا العالم على انتمائنا لأرض الوطن وإيماننا بالنضال والمقاومة حتى تحرير الإنسان وأرض فلسطين من البحر إلى النهر.
ففي الثلاثين من آذار عام 1976، نظم الشعب الفلسطيني في كل رقعة من أرض فلسطين التاريخية من الجليل إلى النقب إضرابات عامة رداً على استمرار السياسة الإسرائيلية الاستعمارية- الاستيطانية القائمة على مصادرة الأرض الفلسطينية، وتشريد أبناء شعبنا، والاعتقال والتعذيب وسياسة العقاب الجماعي. وإن الشعب الفلسطيني شباباً وشيوخاً، نساءاً ورجالاً، عمالاً وطلبة واتحادات هب لمواجهة مخططات الحكومة الإسرائيلية اللاشرعية الهادفة إلى مصادرة آلاف الدونمات الأمر الذي يعتبر عملية ضم غير شرعية. فأقدمت إسرائيل على قتل ستة من المتظاهرين وجرح المئات كإجراء عقابي جماعي بهدف ترويع السكان الفلسطينيين. حيث جاء هذا التصرف الإسرائيلي انعكاساً لسياستها الثابتة في الرد على المعارضة السلمية، وقد أدت الشهادات التي أدلى بها الفلسطينيون إلى فضح الوجه الاستعماري الاستيطاني الغير شرعي لإسرائيل.

في هذا اليوم نؤكد انتماءنا الى وطننا وشعبنا ونحن نذكر العالم بأن الظلم لا ينسى، وإنما على عكس ذلك فأن الظلم يزيد من انتمائنا و عطائنا للنضال. ونحن ندعو جميع المجتمعات الفلسطينية والعربية في جميع أنحاء العالم إلى التحرك في هذا اليوم وندعو ايضاً لدعم الشباب الفلسطيني الناشط و الداعي لانهاء الانقسام الداخلي، اسقاط جميع الاتفاقيات و اولها اتفاق اوسلو، اعادة تفعيل وإعادة هيكلة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية بحيث تصبح تمثل الاحتياجات والتطلعات الحقيقية للشعب، وتحديد فوري لانتخابات المجلس الوطني الفلسطيني تشمل كافة الفلسطينيين من جميع أنحاء العالم في العملية الانتخابية. كل هذه المطالب ليست أهدافنا و لكنها خطوات اولى من أجل تعزيز الحركة الشعبية الفلسطينية ضد الاحتلال والفصل العنصري والاستعمار الصهيوني لوطننا.
