Nosotras denunciamos principalmente las estructuras israelíes y las violaciones de los derechos sexuales, psicológicos, personales, sociales y económicos de las palestinas que se dan en un contexto social patriarcal, con la restricción de las libertades individuales, y que las perpetúan en un estado de inferioridad e imponen el silencio sobre las violaciones físicas, psicológicas y sexuales contra las mujeres. يتم إحياء هذا اليوم، والذي تشارك فيه أكثر من 20 مؤسسة في إحدى عشر دولة عربية وإسلامية بهدف محاربة انتهاكات حقوق الانسان الجنسية والجسدية عامة وحقوق النساء بشكل خاص.

Con la campaña "Un día, Una lucha" organizada por la Coalición para los Derechos Sexuales y del Cuerpo en las sociedades Musulmanas (CSBR), iniciada el 9 de Noviembre, buscamos romper los muros de silencio en las violaciones diarias de nuestros derechos al propio cuerpo y los derechos sexuales en la sociedad palestina.

Nosotras denunciamos principalmente las violaciones legales y estructurales por parte de Israel y de los derechos sexuales, psicológicos, personales, sociales y económicos de las palestinas que se interrelacionan con un contexto social patriarcal, que restringe las libertades individuales, y que las perpetúa en un estado de inferioridad e impone el silencio sobre las violaciones físicas, psicológicas y sexuales contra las mujeres.

Este día ha sido señalado en once países árabes y musulmanes con la participación de 20 organizaciones que reclaman cambiar estas violaciones por los derechos a la salud y la seguridad de las mujeres.

Los derechos sexuales y corporales son una parte integral de los derechos humanos y componentes esenciales para comprender los efectos de la militarización en el contexto de los conflictos con el poder patriarcal sustentado por el estado, la socieda y otras instituciones sociales, como las religiosas.  Recientemente hemos asistido a frecuentes violaciones de estos derechos en diversos países por el establecimiento de leyes que limitan los derechos sexuales y reproductivos. Un ejemplo es la ley de nacionalidad que afecta al derecho de las personas a elegir a sus parejas en Israel.  En áreas de conflicto, las adolescentes y mujeres sufren graves violaciones de sus derechos físicos, sexuales y reproductivos como abortos en condiciones insalubres, matrimonios impuestos a niñas y otras formas de violencia contra la mujer.

Nosotras, desde el Programa de Estudios de Género-Mada al Carmel y el Foro Árabe para la Sexualidad, la Educación y la Salud, creemos que es importante que las mujeres y hombres de Palestina y los activistas por los Derechos Humanos tomen parte en esta campaña internacional para mostrar las políticas racistas de Israel. Asimismo, ponemos de manifiesto que en las zonas militarizadas, bajo realidades de ocupación y colonialismo, el contexto social y político nunca puede ser separado de los derechos sexuales y físicos de las personas.

En esta campaña en Palestina, creemos necesario ampliar nuestra lucha e intensificar nuestros esfuerzos a nivel local e internacional contra toda forma social y política que genere prejuicios, opresión, discriminación y violencia, ya sea ésta física, psicológica o sexual.

A través de la campaña "Mi propio País, Espacio, Cuerpo y Sexualidad. Palestinas a la Sombra del Muro", hacemos un llamamiento para intensificar todos los esfuerzos con el fin de contribuir a proteger a las mujeres y hombres de Palestina, a sus familias, hogares y su tierra.

إنسانيتنا وجنسانيتنا وقمع الجدران

ضمن إطار حملة "يوم واحد نضال واحد" والتي بادر إليها "ائتلاف الحقوق الجنسية والجسدية في المجتمعات الإسلامية"، والتي تصادف اليوم التاسع من تشرين الثاني-نوفمبر، ارتأينا أن نكسر "جدران" الصمت عن الانتهاكات اليومية للحقوق الجنسية والجسدية، النفسية، الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في المجتمع الفلسطيني. نسلط الضوء بالأساس على الانتهاكات "البنيوية" والقانونية الإسرائيلية للحقوق الجنسية والجسدية للفلسطينيين، وربطها في السياق المجتمعي الذكوري الذي يطوّق الحريات الفردية ويكرس دونية المرأة ويلتزم الصمت أمام الانتهاكات الجسدية والنفسية والجنسية الممارسة ضدها.

يتم إحياء هذا اليوم، والذي تشارك فيه أكثر من 20 مؤسسة في إحدى عشر دولة عربية وإسلامية بهدف محاربة انتهاكات حقوق الانسان الجنسية والجسدية عامة وحقوق النساء بشكل خاص.

إن الحقوق الجنسانية والجسدية هي جزء لا يتجزأ من حقوق الإنسان ومركب أساسي لحيز الصراع والتناقض بين القوى الذكورية الاجتماعية عموما، والمتمثلة في مؤسسة الدولة والمؤسسة الدينية. إذ تشهد السنوات الأخيرة انتهاكات متكررة لهذه الحقوق في عدة دول من خلال سن قوانين تمس الحقوق الإنجابية والجنسية، كقانون "المواطنة" في إسرائيل والذي يمس بحق الفرد لاختيار الشريك، وفي السودان حيث ألغي القانون الذي يحظر "ختان البنات"، إلى دول أخرى يتم بها رجم النساء حتى الموت، وأخرى تبيح تزويج الأطفال والقائمة طويلة.

إننا في برنامج الدراسات النسوية في مدى الكرمل، والمنتدى العربي لجنسانية الفرد والأسرة نؤمن بأهمية مشاركة نسويات وناشطين/ات فلسطينيين في هذه الحملة العالمية وذلك لكشف السياسات الإسرائيلية العنصرية. إذ أنه وفي واقع الاحتلال والاستعمار لا بد من الربط بين السياقين، السياسي والاجتماعي، وبالتالي علينا كنسويات فلسطينيات أن نتجنب الانزلاق إلى الخطاب الاستشراقي الذي يهمش السياق السياسي ويركز على تصوير المجتمع العربي عامة والفلسطيني على وجه الخصوص، وبأسلوب تعميمي وحتمي، كمجتمع غير متحضر ومتخلف.

نحن في الحملة الفلسطينية نؤمن بضرورة استمرار نضالنا وتكثيف جهودنا على المستوى المجتمعي المحلي والعالمي من أجل مناهضة كافة أشكال الاضطهاد والقمع والتمييز والعنف الجسدي والجنسي والسياسي والاجتماعي.

نؤكد من خلال حملة "انسانيتنا وجنسانيتنا وقمع الجدران" على حق الانسانة الفلسطينية بالحماية والأمن في بيتها ووطنها. ونؤكد على ضرورة العمل من أجل حماية الجسد، البيت العائلة والارض الفلسطينية.

"My Land, Space, Body and Sexuality: Palestinians in the Shadow of the Wall"

Within the “One Day One Struggle” campaign organized by the Coalition for Sexual and Bodily Rights in Muslim Societies (CSBR), held on November 9, we are seeking to break the “walls” of silence on daily violations of our sexual and bodily rights in the Palestinian society. We are principally highlighting the Israeli structural and legal violations of sexual, bodily, psychological, social and economic rights of Palestinians that intersect with the patriarchal social context, which restrain individual freedoms, perpetuates women’s inferior status and imposes silence on physical, psychological and sexual violations committed against women.

This day is being marked in 11 Arab and Muslim countries with the participation of over 20 organizations with the aim of challenging the violation of sexual and bodily rights in general and women’s rights to safety and security in particular.

Sexuality and bodily rights are an integral part of human rights and an essential component in understanding the effect of militarization in the context of the conflicts with patriarchal power holders be it the state, society and other social institutions such as religious institutions. Recent years have witnessed frequent violations of these rights in several countries by the enactment of laws that undermine reproductive and sexual rights. An example is the “nationality” law in Israel affecting people’s right to choose their partners.  In conflict ridden areas, young girls and women are suffering serious violations of their bodily, sexuality and reproductive rights such as unsafe abortions, imposed child marriage and other kinds of violence against women.

We, the Gender Studies Program - Mada Al-Carmel and the Arab Forum for Sexuality, Education and Health, believe that it is important for Palestinian women and men, and all human rights activists to take part in this international campaign in order to expose Israel's racist policies. We further stress that in militarized zones, and under the realities of occupation and colonialism, the political and social context should never be divorced from individuals' sexuality and bodily rights.

We, in the Palestinian campaign, believe in the necessity to sustain our struggle and intensify our efforts at the local and international levels against all forms of physical, sexual, psychological, political and social prejudice, oppression, discrimination and violence.

Through the campaign "My Land, Space, Body and Sexuality: Palestinians in the Shadow of the Wall", we stress the need to intensify all efforts aiming at protecting the Palestinian woman and man, their families, homes and homeland.
