Ecologistas en Acción
During the discussion of the State of the Region, hopes Aguirre, has announced the approval of a law to create a limited company which manages the complete water cycle, in Madrid. Ecologistas en Acción describes this decision unconstitutional and sees a clear provocation to the central government. Also apply to the Minister for the Environment which relies on the new law as soon as effective and do not let Aguirre invading powers that correspond to the State.

Durante el debate del Estado de la Región, Esperanza Aguirre, ha anunciado la aprobación de una Ley para crear una sociedad anónima que gestione el ciclo integral del agua, en la Comunidad de Madrid. Ecologistas en Acción califica esta decisión de inconstitucional y la considera una clara provocación al Gobierno Central. Igualmente solicita a la Ministra de Medio Ambiente que recurra la nueva Ley en cuanto sea efectiva y no permita que Aguirre invada competencias que corresponden al Estado.

La alternativa seleccionada contempla una inversión de 988,2 millones de euros para la construcción de 89,6 kilómetros de autovía, de los que aproximadamente la mitad discurrirán por la provincia de Ávila. Y entre las actuaciones, incluye tres túneles con más de siete kilómetros y catorce viaductos para salvar el río Adaja y el Alberche, arroyos y gargantas, y el embalse de El Burguillo.

Two facts served as a trigger to form a partnership: a sequence of catastrophic fires that razed more than 2,500 hectares and the intention by the Comunidad de Madrid, to build infrastructure in an area recently ravaged by fire.
