Get mercenaries out of Zaire!

GET MERCENARIES OUT OF ZAIRE! After that the multitudinous return of people out of place to Rwanda gave up without justification the planned "international" military intervention under shelter of the UNO, a masked foreign military intervention it's being operated through mercenaries which come from the ex-colonial powers, Belgique and France, which are allies of the Mobutu's government. You must denounce the shamelessness of their governments, which cannot wash their hands of the neocolonial action of their citizens. And you must urge a intervention of the European Union in order to stop the hand of the mercenaries, by demanding the exit of the european mercenaries from Zaire and calling gor a negotiated way out of the conflict which carried to restore democracy in Zaire with respect to the rights of every there resident ethnos.

FOR NEGOTIATION AND PEACE AT ZAIRE Meanwhile we continue rejection every military intervention at Zaire (although this were masked in mercenaries) and we reaffirm the right of the zairean people to decide your future without external impositions, you must urge an international mediation through the ONU in order to press the Mobutu's government to the fulfilment of direct negotiations with the ADFL which this and the moderate opposition demand, in order to get a democratic way out to the crisis by avoiding the blood spillage and respecting the rights of every there resident ethnos, because we are aware of that a purely military way out, althoug it carried to a victory of the democratic forces, would suppose serious dangers of militarizing society. The European Union had to play an eminent role in the impulse of this negotiation, role which will be only possible if it become free of the pro-Mobutu conditioning of the french-belgian diplomacy. And the interdiction of the presence at Zaire of every foreign military force, as regular as mercenary forces, from which the countries of origin cannot elude the responsability,had to be the first step.
