BEFORE THE INTER-GOVERNMENTAL CONFERENCE ABOUT THE REVISION OF THE MAASTRICHT'S TREATY
We call to every government of the European Union, specially to whose which are situated in a progressive orbit, to board the overcoming of the Maastricht's Treaty, specially in its neoliberal orientation and its democratical deficit, so that the contingency of an Economical and Monetary Union were bounded to convergence criterions which were not only monetary criterions but relative to the social, economical and political reality, which included the homogeneity in the labour, fiscal and environmental normative, by endowing for this to the European Parliament with full legislative capacities and with full capacity of control on the European Government and on the European Central Bank.
