AGAINST THE IMPUNITY OF PINOCHET

condemns vigorously the political resolution of the Britannic Interior Minister interfering in the legal process against Pinochet, coinciding objectively with the interests of M.Thatcher. We ask us if the Third Way will be the way of return of Pinochet to Chile.

We condemn and denounce the connivance of the Spanish Government with the defenders of the impunity of Pinochet, as indirectly trough the intervention of the General Attorney of the State, as directly obstacling every recourses against the resolution of the minister Straw.

We newly solidarize with the familiars of the people which have been murdered and missed by the dictatorship of the general Pinochet, and we manifest that we keep the exigency, like so many citizens of the world, that the dictator, today for life senator of the Chilean State, will be submitted to judgement, summoning to the authorities of Chile to assume the responsibilities which they have reiterately reclaimed before the international community.

We call to the public opinion, to the democrat and against fascism people of all the world, to urge the putting in march of the International Penal Court, with faculty to judge facts like the ones which have occurred in Chile.
