DE LA RESISTENCIA A LA REBELDIA

A LAS PERSONAS DE BUEN CORAZÓN EN TODO EL MUNDO

El camino a la libertad se construye de la risa, la ira, el llanto y la rabia de cada un@ de nosotr@s, de l@s que decimos sí a la esperanza y sueño magonista de un mundo sin opresores, sin soldados, sin policías, sin armas, sin bombas, sin cárceles, sin desaparecid@s, sin perseguid@s, sin paramilitares, sin polític@s, sin egoísmos, sin injusticias y sin autoritarismo. Nosotr@s l@s niñ@s, l@s jóvenes, l@s abuel@s, los hombres y las mujeres magonistas salimos una vez más a la calle para denunciar a José Murat que nos amenaza de muerte, nos encarcela, nos persigue, nos manda paramilitares, nos secuestra, entra a nuestras casas y comunidades para matarnos, porque él y los poderosos, dueños del dinero, han decidido que en Oaxaca exigir nuestros derechos es un delito, cuidar a nuestra madre tierra de los transgénicos y del Plan Puebla Panamá un crimen; defender nuestra soberanía y empleo una agresión; exigir educación, salud, vivienda, comida, etc., atentar contra el desarrollo y progreso de nuestro estado. Ahora muchas organizaciones hemos unido nuestros silencios para darnos voz y nacer la Guelaguetza rebelde que no es la fiesta comercial en que la han convertido los ricos sino que, guelaguetza es para nosotros: Ayuda mutua para rechazar la ley indígena de Fox y lograr el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de San Andrés; solidaridad para lograr las 3 señales exigidas por el EZLN e impedir masacres como la de Agua Fría; autoorganización para impedir la privatización de la energía eléctrica y petróleo y la aplicación del TLC, ALCA y Plan Puebla Panamá.

Por eso, estamos exigiendo:

1.- La libertad inmediata e incondicional a Oliverio Neri y demás presos encarcelados injustamente el día 12 de julio por más de 1000 policías.
2.- Garantías a la vida de nuestro compañero Raúl Gatica
3.- Ejecución de ordenes de aprehensión a los paramilitares
4.- Destitución de Sergio Santibáñez, Erick Herás, José Manuel Vera Salinas, Juan Carlos Pacheco por planear, organizar y ejecutar la represión a las organizaciones sociales, comunidades indígenas, estudiantes, punks y de todos aquellos que son diferentes.
5.- Solución a los conflictos agrarios de San Isidro Aloapan y San Pedro Yosotato.
6.- Lotes para viviendas en Santa Cruz Huatulco
7.- Entrega de concesiones de taxis y autobuses en Huatulco, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca y Sierra Norte.
8.- Solución a las demandas sociales de nuestras comunidades: salud, vivienda, educación, electrificación, caminos, proyectos productivos, medios de comunicación
9.- Participaciones municipales para Yaviche, San Isidro Aloapam y Plan de Zaragoza.
10.- medios de comunicación para las comunidades. En esta jornada invitamos a participar con el corazón a todo@s aquell@s que luchan por la justicia para que denuncien en el juicio político todas las irregularidades cometidas por el gobierno de José Murat; se unan a la calenda libertaria y guelaguetza rebelde

RESISTANCE AGAINST REPRESSION

TO THE PEOPLE OF GOOD HEART ACROSS THE WORLD

The path of liberty is made of smiles, anger, and tears and each one of us says confirms our hope and Magonist dream of a world without oppressors, without soldiers, without police, without arms, without bombs without jails, without disappeared people, without persecution, without paramilitaries, without politicians, without egotists, without injustices and without authoritarianism. Our children, young people, grandparents, men and women that follow Magonism, go out into the street again to denounce José Murat who threatens us with death, who imprisons us, persecutes us, sends paramilitaries to attack us, kidnaps us, enters our communities and homes to kill us. This he does because he and his powerful associates that luxuriate in the power of wealth, have decided that in Oaxaca, demanding our rights is a crime; protecting our lands from transgenics and the Puebla Panama Plan is a crime; defending our sovereignty and our jobs is an act of aggression and demanding education, health, housing and food etc is an outrage against development and progress in our state.

Now many organisations have united in their silence to create a voice and give birth to the Rebel Guelaguetza that is not a commercial festival like those that the rich have mutated, but a Guelaguetza for ourselves. We share mutual support in rejecting Fox's Indigenous Law and calling for the realisation of the San Andres Accords. In solidarity we look to achieve the three signals demanded by the EZLN and to put a end to massacres such as the one that occurred at Agua Fria. Together we wish for self-government to prevent the privatisation of electricity and oil and the application of the Free Trade Agreement, FTAA and Puebla Panama Plan.

Together we are demanding:

1.- The immediate and unconditional release of Oliverio Neri and other prisoners unjustly arrested on 12 July by more than 1000 police. 2.- Guarantees protecting the life of our compañero Raúl Gatica.3.- The execution of apprehension orders against the paramilitary groups operating in Oaxaca. 4.- The dismissal of Sergio Santibañez Franco, Erick Heras Velásquez, José Manuel Vera and Juan Carlos Ramírez Pacheco for planning, organising and carrying out the repression of social organisations, indigenous communities, students and all those that are different. 5.- The solution of the agrarian conflicts in San Isidro Aloapan and San Pedro Yosotato 6.- Housing lots in Santa Cruz Huatulco. 7.- The delivery of concessions for taxis and buses in Huatulco, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca and the Sierra Norte.8.- The solution to the social demands of our communities for health, housing, education, roadways, production projects and communications. 9.- Municipal participation for the villages of Yaviche, San Isidro Aloapan and Plan de Zaragoza 9.- Mean of communication for the communities.

In this day's journey we invite all those of good heart to participate, those that fight for justice to denounce the political judgement that the irregularities committed by the governor José Murat, that they may join together in a rebel Guelaguetza
