The Communist Party of Peoples of Spain (PCPE) and the Collectives of Young Communists (CJC) send a fraternal greeting to the people of North Korea and his revolutionary government, on the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the founding of the Democratic People’s Republic.
On September 9, 1948 opened a new phase in the history of Korea. That day culminated a long process of struggle for national independence and thus was born the Socialist Korea. But soon the young republic faced a brutal war against American imperialism, which was attracted because the strategic situation of the Korean peninsula between the People’s Republic of China and the Soviet Union. It is little known in the West the history of the Korean War. However, it is full of heroic actions and great sacrifices. After three years of aggression, war ended with the first defeat of U.S. imperialism. (more…)
The CJC salute your 3rd Congress and we welcome the growth of your organization. The coincidence in the struggles makes us feel close to you. In the Spanish state, as in Ireland, we must fight to protect public services of education, health, transport, etc.. From the EU institutions there is a plan that involves the dismantling of these achievements made by the working class through privatization of all state resources and a dangerous militarization of society.
We know your campaign against Shell and Statoil pipeline and we strongly support you, like your mobilizations against imperialist wars, in defence of the Palestinian people and to boycott Israeli goods, in solidarity with the Czechs comrades from KSM and freedom for the 5 Cuban Heroes. (more…)

Across Europe Capitalism continues to increase its aggression against the majority of the working class, it intensify the cutting of rights and freedoms and the oligarchical governments are advocates of anti-communism. In this process of growing fascistization of society, point out the case of Hungary and the Czech Republic, where political persecution against the communist movement is being even bigger. (more…)
