Objectives.
The main tasks of the brigadists will be the following:
1. To act as international observers beeing testimonies of:
– the achievements of the Bolivarian revolution
– the destabilizing techniques of the opposition and the systematic harming of the human rights that they make.
2. To participate with the neighborhood and the community, in the rural or urban environment, in the tasks, Missions, etc. that the community or the social basis of the process consider as necessary and pertinent.
3. To canalize, back home, the denounces of the harming of human rights to the corresponding political instances or competent institutions. The work with the institutions and organizations of the home countries of the brigadists is fundamental to add supports to the process and rejections to the intervention.
4. To enhance and strength the solidarity network among the basis of the Bolivarian process and the brigadists themselves.
5. To act, back home, as transmitters, loudspeakers, explainers to the public opinion of the true reality which is taking place at Venezuela with the aim of compensating the perverse and distorting effect of the media controlled by the capitalistic and imperialistic power.
6. Develop a report which helps to improve the organization, contributing to solve the problems which may eventually occur and thus optimize the internationalist task.
