Manifestaciones Antifascistas: Carlos, ni olvido ni perdón

El próximo día 11 de septiembre hará un año y 10 meses desde que el militar fascista Josué Estébanez de la Hija asesinara a nuestro compañero y amigo Carlos e intentara asesinar a otro compañero más. Tras un largo tiempo de lucha por parte de sus compañerxs antifascistas, no sólo en Madrid sino en todo el Estado, y diversas muestras de solidaridad por todo el mundo y de espera para su madre y sus más allegados, durante la semana del 14 al 18 de septiembre se celebrará el juicio en la Audiencia Provincial, en la calle Santiago de Compostela, nº 98.

Respetamos el procedimiento y deseamos lo mejor a Mavi y al resto de familiares y amigos y esperamos que acabe para ellos un ciclo. Para nosotros nada cambiará puesto que no creemos en la justicia burguesa ni en sus tribunales fascistas, nuestro juicio se realizó el mismo día en que Carlos fue asesinado simplemente por ser antifascista, fue un juicio popular celebrado en cada barrio, en cada casa y que emitió su veredicto hace tiempo. Josué es culpable de arrebatar la vida de un joven de 16 años que luchaba por la libertad para todxs en contra del racismo, el fascismo y el capitalismo. Culpable de un asesinato político, uno más de los miles que los fascistas llevan cometiendo contra el pueblo y que a todxs ellxs recordamos reivindicando a Carlos. Hacemos con esto un llamamiento para dar un empujón fuerte de solidaridad, que las paredes hablen lo que la prensa burguesa calla, cada uno como lo vea oportuno. Se debe saber la verdad en la calle.
Debemos señalar a todos los culpables desde el principal, el militar neonazi Josué asesino de Carlos, pasando por Delegación del gobierno que permite impunemente que los fascistas salgan a la calle convirtiéndose en cómplices de estos cuando se pasean por barrios obreros intentando vender su basura racista, homófoba, sexista y fascista y al ejército por ser el mismo ejército fascista que aplastó por las armas (con la ayuda de Hitler y Mussolini) al pueblo en 1939 y que tras la supuesta transición no hubo depuración de mandos alguna. Todavía hoy el ejército sigue siendo un refugio de fascistas, donde son entrenados para asesinar por un supuesto Estado democrático. A los medios de comunicación burgueses por disfrazarlo de “guerra de pandillas” y quitarle el significado político y de clase que tiene este crimen. Y por último al mismo Estado burgués capitalista y fascista mande quien mande, heredero directo del régimen franquista que ampara todo esto y el auténtico enemigo del pueblo y la clase trabajadora.
Por todo esto convocamos a una manifestación el día 12 de septiembre a las 18:00h en Plaza Elíptica a la que invitamos a unirse a todas las personas que quieran honrar la memoria de Carlos y la de todxs aquellxs que han sido asesinados por los fascistas por buscar un mundo nuevo y mejor donde vivir.

29 AÑOS DE PRISIÓN: petición fiscal. La cusación añade petición de condena por asesinato e intento de asesinato por motivación ideológica
La Fiscalía solicita en su escrito de acusación 29 años de cárcel para el presunto agresor, 17 por asesinato y otros 12 por tentativa de homicidio contra Alejandro, el amigo de Carlos que intentó quitar el arma al asesino y que recibió una puñalada de la que se recuperó a los tres meses.
Movimiento contra la Intolerancia y las Asociaciones de Vecinos de Vallecas, piden calificar los hechos como asesinato con la agravante del artículo 22.4 del Código Penal por actuar con motivación ideológica.
El abogado de la familia de Palomino solicita para Josue 37 años de prisión, 20 por el delito de asesinato, cuatro por un delito de amenazas, tres por tenencia ilícita de armas y diez por una tentativa de homicidio. Además, reclama la responsabilidad subsidiaria del Ministerio de Defensa porque el arma del crimen era una navaja de maniobras del Ejército español.

Never Forget, Never Forgive: Demonstration for Carlos 12.09.2009
The coming 11th of September will mark one year and 10 months since the fascist soldier Josue Estebanez de la Hija murdered our friend and comrade Carlos, as well as attempted to murder a second comrade of ours. Following a long time of struggle on the part of his antifascist comrades, not only in Madrid but also in the entire Spanish state as well as across the world, and a long time of waiting on the part of his mother and relatives, the week of the 14th to the 18th of September will see the start of the trial at the „Audiencia Provincial,“ located on Santiago de Compostela Street Nr. 98.
We respect this procedure, and wish that for Mavi and the rest of the family and friends this can mark the end of a process for them. For us, nothing will change because we dont believe in this bourgeois justice, nor in its fascist tribunals. Our trial was held the very same day in which Carlos was murdered simply for being an antifascist. It was a trial held in every neighborhood and in every home, and which emitted its verdict long ago. Josue is guilty of taking the life of a youth who struggled for all of us against racism, fascism, and capitalism. He is guilty of a political murder, simply one more of the thousands which fascists have committed against the people, and it is all of these thousands which we also remember when we remember Carlos. We make with this a call to give the solidarity movement a strong push. Let the walls speak what the bourgeois press silences, let each act as he/she sees fit. The truth must be known on the streets.
We need to point out all the guilty parties. From the principal one, Josue who murdered Carlos, to the „Delegacion de Gobierno“ which allows the fascists to take to the streets thus making themselves accomplices of these when they parade themselves through working class neighborhoods in an attempt to sell their racist, homophobic, sexist, and fascist garbage, and the army for being the same fascist army which crushed (with the aid of Hitler and Mussolini) the people in 1939 and suffered no „purges,“ even during the so-called „transition.“ Today, the army remains a refuge of fascists, and a place where they are trained to kill for a supposed democratic state. We need to expose the bourgeois media for trying to disguise this as a „gang war,“ and thus deny this conflict of its political and class significance. And finally, the bourgeois fascist and capitalist state which remains, regardless of who currently rules, the direct legacy of the Franquist regime. It is this state which provides the groundwork for all this, and which is the real enemy of the people and the working class.
For all these reasons, we call for a demonstration on the 12th of September at 18:00 at Plaza Eliptica to which we invite all who wish to honor the memory of Carlos, as well as of all those who have been murdered by fascists for seeking a new and better world in which to live.

Демонстрация в Мадриде пройдёт в субботу, 12 сентября 2009 в 18-00 на Пласе Элиптика (Plaza Elíptica), предшествуя началу судебного процесса над убийцей Карлоса Паломино.
Организаторы: друзья и товарищи Карлоса.
11 сентября этого года исполнится 1 год и 10 месяцев со дня, когда военный, фашист Хосуе Эстебанес де ла Иха (Josué Estébanez de la Hija) убил нашего товарища и друга Карлоса и попытался убить еще одного нашего товарища. И вот, наконец, после длительной борьбы антифашистов не только из Мадрида, но и всей Испании, после акций солидарности товарищей со всех уголков Земли, после долгого ожидания для его матери и близких ему людей с 14 по 18 сентября пройдёт суд в Областном суде (la Audiencia Provincial), на улице Сантьяго де Компостела, д.98.
Мы желаем всего самого лучшего Мави (мать Карлоса) и другим членам его семьи, а также его друзьям. Мы надеемся, что для них, наконец, закончится весь этот кошмар. Для нас же не изменится ничего, т.к. мы не верим ни в буржуазное «правосудие», ни в фашистские суды. Мы провели свой суд, народный суд в каждом районе, в каждом доме, мы вынесли свой вердикт уже давно, в тот самый день, когда Карлоса убили только за то, что он был антифашистом. Хосуе виновен в том, что он отнял жизнь у молодого 16-летнего парня, который боролся за свободу для всех, против расизма, фашизма и капитализма. Хосуе виновен в политическом убийстве, ещё одном среди тысяч убийств, которые совершают фашисты и жертвам которых мы отдаем дань уважения, вспоминая Карлоса. Поэтому мы призываем всех к проявлению солидарности, неважно каким способом, так, как вам кажется подходящим: пусть стены говорят о том, о чем умалчивает буржуазная пресса! Правда должна выйти на улицу.
Мы должны указать на всех виновных, начиная с главного, военного, нео-нациста Хосуе, не забывая о Представительстве правительства (Delegación del Gobierno), который позволяет фашистам безнаказанно выходить на улицы и становится их сообщниками, когда эти идут в рабочие районы, пытаясь продать свое расистское, гомофобское, сексистское и фашистское дерьмо, а также армию, т.к. эта самая фашистская армия разгромила своим оружием (при помощи Гитлера и Муссолини) народ в 1939 г. и после так называемых перемен ряды армии не были очищены от фашистских элементов. По сей день армия остается убежищем для фашистов, где их обучают убивать для построения демократического государства. Мы обвиняем буржуазные СМИ, которые описывают это как «войну группировок», не затрагивая политическое и классовое значение этого преступления. И напоследок само буржуазное капиталистическое фашистское государство, не важно, кто правит, сейчас – прямой наследник франкистского режима, который покровительствует всему этому дерьму и является настоящим врагом народа и рабочего класса.
Поэтому 12 сентября в 18-00 на Пласе Элиптика мы организуем демонстрацию, куда приглашаем всех людей, которые хотят почтить память Карлоса и всех убитых фашистами за поиск нового лучшего мира, где могли бы жить все мы с вами.
Карлос, не забудем, не простим!

Am 11. September 2009 ist es ein Jahr und zehn Monate her, SEIT dem der Faschist Josué Estébanez de la Hija unseren Freund und Genossen Carlos getötet und einen weiteren Antifaschisten schwer verletzt hat. Nach langen Kämpfen seiner GenossInnen und der Solidarität aus dem gesamten spanischen Staat und international sowie nach langem Warten seinter Mutte und seinen engsten FreundInnen findet in der Woche vo 14. bis 18. September 2009 der Prozess vor der Audiencia Provincial in der Straße Santiago de Compostela, nº 98 (etwa vergleichbar mit einem bundesdeutschen Landgericht) statt.
Wir hoffen das Beste für Carlos Mutter Mavi und anderen Angehörigen sowie für die Freunde und Genossen von Carlos. Für uns wird sich nichts ändern. Wir glauen nicht an die bürgerliche Justiz und ihre Gerichte. Carlos wurde getötet, schlicht und einfach weil er Antifaschist war. Josué ist schuldig, das Leben eines 16jährigen Jugendlichen beendet zu haben, der für die Freiheit und gegen Rassismus, Faschismus und Kapitalismus kämpfte. Es war ein politischer Mord. Mit dem Gedenken an Carlos erinnern wir solidarisch an die vielen tausenden anderen Nazi-Opfer. Lasst uns die Wahrheit über die Hintergründ zum Mord auf die Straße tragen und die Lügen der bürgerlichen Presse zurückweisen.
Für uns gibt es verschiedene Schuldige: zunächst natürlich der Militärangehörige Josué, dem Mörder von Carlos. Anschließend die Regierungsadministration Delegación del gobierno, welche sich zu Komplizen der Nazis macht, wenn sie ihnen die Erlaubnis für ihre Aufmärsch erteilt und sie mit ihrer rassistischen, homophoben, sexistischen und faschisten Hetze durch die Arbeiterviertel ziehen lässt. Zudem das spanische Militär, welches das gleiche faschistische Militär ist, das 1939 mit Unterstützung von Hitler und Mussolini ihre Waffen gegen die Bevölkerung des spanischen Staates gerichtet hat. Während der so genannten “Transición” vom Franco-Regime zur parlamentarischen Demokratie in Spanien gab es im Militär keine Entnazifizierung. Noch immer ist das Militär ein Rückzugsgebiet für Faschisten, wo sie das Morden für einen vermeintlich demokratischen Staat erlernen. Auch die Medien tragen ihre Schuld, wenn sie stets von “Bandenkrieg” sprechen und dem Mord an Carlos den politischen Hintergrund absprechen. Und zuletzt der bürgerliche kapitalistische Staat, der das direkte Erbe der faschistischen Franco-Diktatur und der ewige Feind der Arbeierklasse und der Bevölkerung ist.
Aus diesen Gründen rufen wir für eine Demonstration am 12. September 2009 in Madrid auf. Eingeladen sind alle, die an Carlos und alle anderen Opfer neonazistischer Gewalt erinnern wollen.
