Hola amigos y amigas, os escribimos esta vez para comunicaros que vamos a realizar trabajos de actualización y mantenimiento en nuestros servidores, del jueves 18 al lunes 22 de septiembre, lo que inevitablemente supondrá cortes intermitentes en los servicios.
Vamos a instalar dos nuevos servidores y a mejorar los actuales con mas memoria RAM y discos duros mas veloces. También actualizaremos el sistema operativo y todo el software en todos los servidores. Los cambios que vamos a realizar permitirán ofrecer nuevos servicios que anunciaremos a partir de octubre. Y mejorar mucho la velocidad de respuesta de todos los servicios.
Sentimos las molestias que os causarán estos cortes, intentaremos que sean lo mas breves posibles. En todo caso si en algún momento no podéis bajar el correo, enviar un mensaje o ver una web, simplemente esperad un rato, y sobre todo, no hagáis ningún cambio en la configuración de vuestros ordenadores.

Dear friends, we are sending this early notice to make you aware that we are going to perform maintenance work in our servers, from Thursday 18th to Monday September 22nd. The scheduled tasks will inevitably involve intermittent interruptions in our services.
As part of this hardware and software maintenance, we will install two new servers and improve existing servers adding more memory and faster hard drives. We will also update the operating system and software in all servers.
The "2008 update" is part of Nodo50’s annual strategy to improve systems performance. This major update will provide new services that we will be announced in early October.
We regret any inconvenience that these service interruptions will cause, and rest assure that will try our best to minimize down times.
If you suffer problems downloading your email, sending messages or accessing a website, DO NOT MAKE any changes to your computer configuration and retry later.
